These terms apply when you use the Cobalt Paws online store at cobaltpaws.com or buy from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Cobalt Paws is operated by Antonio Montalvo, based in Connecticut.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18, or use the store with a parent's or guardian's permission.
We currently sell to customers in the United States only. Please see our Shipping Policy.
Please don't misuse the store. That includes fraud, attempts to hack or disrupt the site, scraping, and copying our content without permission.

2. Products and pricing

We try to show products, colors, and prices accurately, but screens vary and mistakes can happen.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time before you order.
If an item is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and fully refund you. If we do, we'll let you know.
Product descriptions are for general information. Please read any included instructions, use products only as intended, and supervise your pet during grooming. Stop using a product if your pet seems uncomfortable.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once it ships.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't ship to the address. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processors. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners, and many items ship from overseas.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent the law allows, products are provided "as is," without other warranties, express or implied. Some states don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cobalt Paws isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

7. Our content

The text, images, logos, and design on this store belong to Cobalt Paws or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

Our store may link to, or use, third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, and carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
